1. Return Eligibility

Customers may apply for a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the order.
To qualify for return:

• Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and kept in original packaging.

• All original accessories, boxes, and labels must be complete.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged by improper use, manual drop, water damage, or unauthorized disassembly.

• Products with obvious wear, scratches, or missing original packaging/accessories.

• Customized products or products damaged due to customer personal operation.

3. Damaged & Defective Items

If you receive defective, broken, or wrong items, please contact our support team within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos or videos. We will verify and arrange replacement or refund accordingly.

4. Return Shipping Fee

All return shipping fees are borne by the buyer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method. The arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform’s processing cycle.
